Mr. Keilun likes the streets of Paris!

Sometimes you need some spare time and decent light to get inspired shooting on the streets. As many other photographers experienced, Paris is quite full of occasions to get street shots.

I’ve never thought I could do some serious street photography, and while I’m not really serious about it, I kinda like the results. It’s a different way to see and refreshing change. Paris in august is full of tourists, while all locals have moved out for holidays. Less traffic, less crowd, more interesting people (aka tourists) to shoot. Sometimes I got home empty handed, others I had a little more luck.

You can find tourists getting selfies in front of the Louvre…

Looking at pigeons while sunbathing…

Taking ritual pictures with Eiffel Tower in the background to tell friends home they’ve been in Paris…

Taking the same pictures over and over, without actually enjoying the view…

Instead they should go and explore a little, like I did, to find that there is a Times Square in Paris.

And also a Country Club to die for…

So, you can either wait…

or look for a Classixxx Monday:

Might find something interesting 🙂
